Summary0023996: Strange result when using stored filters with condition Assigned To: Myself
Description

If users without handle_bug_threshold rights use a stored filter with condition Assigned To: Myself, the filter section shows: Assigned To: Any

The filtering itself seems to be right at first sight, as now rows are shown.

Which version?
Probably, the same happens for a filter containing "assigned to: userxxx", and that user currently is not allowed to handle issues.
IIRC the option list only contains users that satisfy the handling threshold. This is not new, and sometimes we have discussed if it should list all users that may be appear in the results.

Which version?

I did not set version as I don't know (didn't try) if this ever worked right.

I tested current master + current master including merges of your branches merge new_filter_query3 and filter_load_save_refactor

right

I think the problem is another one.
We don't allow having Myself in the list due to missing handle_bug_threshold right.
So we display Any as Myself can't be chosen.

Offering Myself in the list would not hurt, even it would always return 0 records.
