yes, found similar issue in the past. Needed for reporting. I just downloaded an Excel and removed that category

it sounds that the filter has been applied, then the results (viewing issues) can not be recalculated via selection.

what about "advanced filters"?
in Categories select all except "Training" and click apply filter and then save

moving/upload files in the shared host is taking too long especially for attachments and plugins

for quick hot fixed the issue, and easy to revert to previous version if updated have any issues.
