Re: Updating plugins wiki is needed
I believe that was the only one that I found. Better safe than sorry!

Re: Updating plugins wiki is needed
Thanks for the reply. The more serious concern is the potentially malicious browser extension that wants to be installed from the link to one of these Mantis plugins; that link needs to be removed because the original webpage redirects elsewhere.

Re: How to cater for GDPR?
The GDPR is terrible. Here is a response from one small business that cannot comply, and is telling all EU people not to use his services any more because of these things he cannot do which the GDPR requires. The best he can do is post a message on his website that asks EU people to not use his serv...

Updating plugins wiki is needed
Is there a central authority in charge of maintaining the plugins wiki at https://www.mantisbt.org/wiki/doku.php/mantisbt:plugins:start ? There are several plugins that will only work in version 1.x of MantisBT and other links are broken, and even one link redirects to a potentially malicious websit...

Re: Can subject be rewritten via regexp?
Yes, for Mantis receiving ticket emails from the other system. We have configured Mantis to put ALL emailed tickets in the same category "[emailed_tickets]" because we don't know which Project any of the incoming emails will apply to, and one of us will go in and assign it to the correct c...

Re: Can subject be rewritten via regexp?
Yes, I understand that Mantis itself generates a new email message when it sends notifications on certain events. I also understand that the EmailReporting plugin processes ALL incoming emails to a specific email address, which we are using for purposes of "talking" to Mantis tickets. That...

Re: Can subject be rewritten via regexp?
I would prefer to not go through the expense of writing a complete plugin for this little change. Adding a new mailbox costs us money every month (even just a little bit) and RF would have to be changed by coding new templates or workflows or whatever they call their process workers. If possible, ca...

Re: Can subject be rewritten via regexp?
Ok. I set up a special mailbox "DevBugs" and configured EmailReporting plugin to handle the mail. It works great. Then the nasty remedyforce ("RF" from now on) thing happened, and we devs had to interface both ticketing systems. Yes, I know about the endless-loop thing...I'm sure...

Re: Can subject be rewritten via regexp?
Thanks for that. One more question: where do I modify code in order to change the From: and Reply-to: headers in the incoming email? I want to be able to change those so when i hit Reply in the Mantis-generated email it will go to somewhere other than the /dev/nul I've configured as the global defau...

Re: Can subject be rewritten via regexp?
Here's what I've cobbled together. I decided to just make code changes in the two files of the plugin, and document them, and do a code diff whenever I need to update the EmailReporting plugin to add my changes back into the new versions. In mail_api.php I added this if() block in the parse_content(...

Can subject be rewritten via regexp?
Bear with me please...we the developers have revolted against management, and implemented Mantis as our bug tracking system. Management has the helpdesk/network folks using some cr@ppy expen$ive system from Remedyforce. Did I say it was cr@ppy? Well, Mantis is WAY better in every respect. Anyway, th...

Re: intergrating SSO with mantis bug traker
Don't think so, the author doesn't have it on his website any more and given that I had to update it to work it's unlikely it is being maintained. The fact that it is such a simple plugin is about the only redeeming value, as long as it works in the current Mantis codebase I don't see a problem.

Re: how to remove [invite users] button from titlebar?
Ahhh I didn't realize that only Admins saw that button. Then it's ok, I'll just make sure the other Admins know to not click that button. Thanks for the clarification. RTFM is fine and all, but when it is huge and a single sentence is important, there's no way to ensure that taking the time to searc...

Re: intergrating SSO with mantis bug traker
We use the AdLogin plugin and it works great. Just need to update the core from "1.2.0" to "1.3.0" and it will install and work.
