please explain WARN on /admin/check/ screenshot
Why does the text say these directories ARE outside the web root, yet still says to move the directories outside the web root? Does that even make sense, or am I reading it wrong?

The first line of a check tells what is being checked.
Read it like:
checking that core_path configuration option is set to ....
checking that class_path ...
checking that login_method is set to MD5
...
Read it like:

O I C. The title at the top of the page that ends in ellipses should be said before each of the "tests". I get it now, thanks. I appreciate all the help you're giving to a newb.

Sorry to bump the thread, and, yes, I know this is from a couple of years ago. However, it does explain my issue succinctly...
The question I'm left with is why is this a warning? Warnings imply that it is something that can be fixed while the language shown in the screenshot shows this isn't something that needs to be fixed. This seems misleading to me.
