Is https://itsupport.linakis.com/ the correct new domain? or the old one?
Do you have an API or something else accessing MantisBT? https://40.113.150.68:443/ being in there is not normal.

It's not possible to show them inline in the text. MantisBT does not support that.
So you will always see the email first and attachments second

You should leave that one as-is

Check the existence of plugin_EmailReporting_mail_mantisbt_url_fix in step 2.
If you do not see it, please let me know what webserver you are using and how PHP is added to it

You can edit those entries and change the empty descriptions to something else.

Since the entries are blank. Did you give the entry a description? or did you leave it blank?
Check the "Manage configuration" -> "Configuration Report". Find the value called "plugin_EmailReporting_mailboxes"
